London Square seeks an experienced
Customer Care Operative
to join the Customer Care team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service from legal completion, through the 24-month Defects Liability Period and beyond. The operative will help maintain strong relationships with customers and support defect resolutions.The role is project-based and requires travel to sites in Central London and the South and South West of London. A vehicle will be provided.Key Responsibilities
Attend customer properties to rectify defects in line with company standards.Close out defects within the allocated time, preferably with a first-time fix.Send reports to the Customer Care Team detailing works carried out and any further visits needed.Trace and access defects as required.Assist Customer Care Managers on defect resolutions meetings as required.Key Skills and Experience
Experience as a Customer Care Operative or Multi-trade for a Developer in a similar role is ideal.Empathy and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.Ability to manage tasks by priority and stay organised.Clear and concise communication.Ability to recognise when escalation is required.Driving license (van supplied).Experience with Clixifix is beneficial.Understanding of NHBC/NHQB is beneficial.CSCS card and relevant NVQs are beneficial.What’s in it for you
