Customer Care Executive
Our client is a specialist travel insurance company and are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their team in Stockport. You will be the first point of contact for customers providing insurance quotes and any pre or post enquiries. The role is Monday-Friday based in the office and comes with a salary of up to £28,000 dependent on experience.Customer Care Executive responsibilities:Handle inbound sales and customer queries by phone and emailCreate accurate quotes and set up policiesProcess upgrades, amendments, payments, cancellations and refundsWork with underwriters to find the right solutionsBuild strong product knowledge and use internal systems confidentlyMeet daily targets and deliver great customer experiencesCustomer Care Executive skills required:Customer service experienceStrong communication and sales confidenceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood Microsoft Office skillsPositive attitude, great organisation and eagerness to learnUnderstanding of GDPRGCSE-level education (or equivalent)Additional information:Competitive salary + performance bonusesCompany pension20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (29 total)Monday-Friday hours, no weekendsCasual dress codeBi-annual team ..... full job details .....
