The role requires someone with residential experience in a similar customer care or repairs position, confident managing defects, remedial works and patching programmes across occupied properties. A strong personality and confident telephone manner are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage customer care and repairs defects from initial instruction through to completion Schedule patchers and operatives across multiple sites and occupied properties Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and homeowners Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with residents Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works Process variation orders and monitor approval status Track labour, materials and commercial costs Maintain and update internal Excel trackers and reporting systems Produce weekly ..... full job details .....
