Customer Care Coordinator 5 national residential developer Role: Customer Care Coordinator Reporting to: Head of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager Salary: Competitive base salary between £30,000 to £35,000 per annum and 12% monthly/quarterly bonuses on offer Location: Studley, Warwickshire Working arrangements: Office and site and hybrid working on offer upon after probation period Immediately available Customer Care Coordinator About the role: We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Studley, Warwickshire, South Midlands regional team. Due to continued growth and expansion across the region, we are now looking to further strengthen their Customer Care team with the addition of a Customer Care Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager. The Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide us with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully on our computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts.
