Customer Care Administrator
Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Woolpit, who are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Raising delivery notes and invoices.Updating information on to the systems for feedback to the principle contractors.Taking information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on the principal contractors system.Managing own workload as well as working with the team to ensure the workload is covered.Assisting with booking appointments with customers in occupied properties.Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments.Skills and Experience Required:Strong interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone.Able to work well within a team as well as independently.Good time management.Excellent computer skills including Excel. Sage experience would be an advantage, however training will be given.Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is desirable.You must be very organised with good attention to detail.You will be a personable and adaptable individual.Core Benefits:Friendly working environment with a great team.Company pension.On-site parking.29 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, with 1 extra day per year of service up to a maximum of 33 days per annum. ..... full job details .....
