CUSTOMER ANALYTICS MANAGER £480 - £520 PER DAY INSIDE IR352 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE (LONDON)3 MONTH CONTRACTTHE COMPANY:A well-known retailer with a large online presence is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager to take ownership of their Insights roadmap.THE ROLE:This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting customer and consumer insights across the UK and Ireland. You''ll work across both qualitative and quantitative data, alongside competitor analysis, to help shape and improve the overall customer experience.The position covers the full insight lifecycle - from insight generation and market share analysis to NPS tracking - ultimately delivering clear, actionable recommendations to the business. This is an individual contributor role, with no line management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the insights roadmapDeliver customer and consumer insight across BAU activityTranslate data into actionable business recommendationsPresent findings clearly to non-technical stakeholdersYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Strong SQL skillsExperience with Power BIBackground in a customer-focused, digital or app-led business (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Booking, ASOS, or similar high-volume online platforms)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiencesThe team operates in a lean, fast-paced environment, so they''re looking for someone who can be both hands-on and strategic, and comfortable ..... full job details .....
