You will work hands-on with data to influence commercial decisions, operating at pace within a business where customer behaviour and pricing performance are critical.The CompanyThey are a well-established, consumer-facing organisation operating at scale within a fast-moving B2C environment. Customer experience, pricing strategy and data-driven decision making sit at the heart of how they operate. The business combines large volumes of transactional data with a practical, action-oriented culture. Contractors are expected to integrate quickly and deliver tangible outcomes.The Role and DeliverablesAnalyse customer and transactional data to support pricing and commercial decisions.Work with existing pricing models and algorithms, assessing performance and identifying improvement opportunities.Develop and deliver customer and pricing insights using SQL and BI tools.Build and maintain dashboards to track customer behavioural metrics and pricing performance.Work directly within core systems and ERP tools, taking a hands-on approach with minimal delegation.Your Skills and ExperienceStrong industry experience within entertainment, hospitality or retail, with a heavy B2C focus.Deep capability in pricing analytics and ..... full job details .....
