Assistant Insite Manager (Temp to Perm Opportunity)Location: Market DraytonPay Rate: £15.38 per hourHours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an Assistant Insite Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied and hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make it your own.You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional level of service to customers while also supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.Working closely with both customers and suppliers, you''ll help ensure the smooth supply of parts, spares, and tooling-keeping operations running efficiently while also supporting commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales enquiries and process customer orders accurately within internal systemsDeputise for the Insite Manager in their absenceMaintain and update customer data within internal and customer systemsCoordinate and manage work orders from engineering teamsHandle customer enquiries including stock availability, pricing, back orders, and delivery queriesPrepare and follow up on quotationsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise sales and retentionCommunicate with suppliers regarding stock levels, pricing, and delivery schedulesIdentify and support opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve marginsWhat We''re Looking ForSkills and Experience:Previous ..... full job details .....
