Customer Account Advisor

Search is delighted to be partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit a Customer Account Advisor to join their operations team in Montrose. This role will initially start as a temporary role with the view to be converted to a permanent contract for the right person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer support while managing key operational processes.

• Coordinate and administer schedules
• Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Prepare, check and distribute documentation accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where required
• Process requests and maintain accurate records
• Support customers with system and process queries
• Monitor service levels and produce reports
• Assist with system testing and continuous improvement activities
• Provide cover and support across the wider team when required

• Previous experience within an administration, coordination, customer service or account support role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused

• Familiarity with CRM or workflow management systems
