Curriculum Manager - Performing and Production Arts

The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is seeking an experienced educator with specialist knowledge and practical expertise in one or more areas of the Performing and/or Production Arts industry.As Curriculum Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership and play an active role as a member of the School Management Group (SMG). Alongside fellow SMG members, you will ensure the effective implementation of college policies and procedures, including student progress monitoring, staff appraisals and the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.You will lead curriculum development and growth, adapting course offerings in response to industry demand, and ensure full compliance with funding regulations. You will act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School and will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using College systems, alongside a thorough understanding of institutional policies and procedures.We would like you to hold a degree or equivalent in an applicable performing and/or production arts subject and hold a management qualification (or willing to work towards).
