The Role We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Curriculum Manager to lead and develop our STEM A Level provision across multiple campuses, overseeing STEM subjects and ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and student achievement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing staff, championing innovative approaches to STEM teaching, and using data effectively to enhance outcomes, including achievement, attendance and progression to higher education and STEM-related careers. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive leader who is committed to delivering an exceptional learner experience, maintaining high standards across the curriculum, strengthening progression pathways, fostering strong partnerships with universities and employers, and ensuring the curriculum remains current and responsive to emerging developments.
