Culture & Change Lead

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Culture & Change Lead on a Contract basis.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering culture change programmes that drive organisational performance, strengthen leadership capability and create a positive employee experience.

You will lead the Council''s employee engagement approach, including directing the team in delivering the People Survey, employee listening activity and culture diagnostics, translating insight into practical interventions that deliver measurable impact.

• Salary: -750 per day (Inside IR35)

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Lead the development and delivery of organisation-wide culture change and organisational development programmes
• Lead the Council''s overall employee engagement strategy and approach
• Direct the delivery of the annual People Survey, employee listening activity and associated engagement initiatives
• Lead the development of the Council''s organisational design capability

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Leading culture change and organisational development initiatives within a large and complex organisation
• Developing and delivering employee engagement and organisational effectiveness programmes
• Local Authority experience is essential
