The programme is focused on the deployment of a new Global Finance Services operating model, involving collaboration across market teams, a regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.Your new roleAs Finance Transformation Change Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the new Global Finance Services operating model.This is a senior change and transformation role requiring strong experience of operating model implementation, stakeholder coordination and transitioning teams and processes into new ways of working.Key responsibilitiesLead and support change management activity associated with implementing the new Global Finance Services operating model.Support the transition of business teams, processes and responsibilities into the new operating model.Coordinate activity across market teams, the regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.Engage key stakeholders to support adoption and alignment throughout the transformation.Manage change and transition activity across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.Identify and manage dependencies, risks and issues associated with ..... full job details .....
