CSA Construction Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a 200m new-build data centre project in East London.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the package management of 7 passenger and goods lifts, alongside overseeing Builders Work in Connection (BWIC) and fire stopping across the project.This is a site-based role requiring someone with strong CSA experience and a proven track record of managing specialist packages on large-scale construction or data centre projects.Key Responsibilities for the CSA Construction Manager include:-Managing the installation and delivery of 7 passenger and goods lifts, from coordination through to completion.Managing lift subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.Coordinating BWIC requirements across the project, working closely with the MEP, CSA and construction teams.Overseeing the fire stopping package, ensuring works are coordinated, compliant and properly documented.Coordinating with MEP contractors and other trades to ensure interfaces are fully understood and managed.Monitoring programme, progress, quality and commercial performance of the relevant packages.Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and technical submissions.Managing RFIs, technical queries and design coordination where required.Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and HandS requirements.Liaising with the wider ..... full job details .....
