Execute trades across crypto products: spot, derivatives, structured products — always aiming for optimal execution and client satisfactionBuild and grow relationships with institutional clients, hedge funds, family offices, and HNWIsDeliver tailored market insights, trading ideas, and investment solutionsMonitor market trends, news, and macro events to identify new opportunities and mitigate riskCollaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership and market contentBe a trusted advisor on market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and portfolio strategiesDrive business growth by identifying and onboarding new clientsEnsure full compliance with regulations and internal policiesWhat You Bring
5+ years of experience in crypto trading, institutional sales, or a related financial services roleIn-depth knowledge of major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, altcoins) and blockchain fundamentalsProven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environmentExperience with trading platforms, OMS, and data toolsStrong analytical thinking and composure under pressureClear, confident communication skills — able to break down complex ideas for any audienceA proactive, self-starter mindset — team player with a drive for results(Bonus) CFA, CAIA, or other relevant qualifications(Bonus) Familiarity with UK/EU crypto regulationsWhat’s in It for You
