Directly architect the on-site revenue engine and design the entire on-site conversion strategy in collaboration with Puffy leadership.Own data-driven roadmap and build a world-class conversion ecosystem using an AI-native toolbox.Operate with radical freedom: manage budget and autonomously test, innovate, and scale winning strategies across the user journey.What You’ll Be About

3+ years of measurable CRO experience for e-commerce or D2C brands, with a track record of lifting conversion rates.Strategic problem-solving: translate data into a clear story behind the click and the scroll, guiding tests and optimizations.Ability to balance data, copywriting, and UX to drive winning tests.The Puffy DNA
