Responsibilities
Providing input into campaign plans, effectively turning briefs into actionable tasks
Create and execute promotional campaigns using reward mechanics to increase brand loyalty
Able to manage and govern the end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaign process, from brief to execution
Overseeing the campaign QA process, ensuring all campaigns are error-free, delivered according to the brief, and within agreed SLAs
Managing the final sign-off for campaigns and assess campaign performance, sharing results with stakeholders
Collaborating with CRM Operations and cross-functional teams to enhance and automate campaigns, and develop advanced segmentation models, creating new customer data points as needed
Supporting the broader CRM Strategy to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM player communications
Providing campaign data and reports to key stakeholders
Manage key stakeholders for various non-campaign related CRM projects
Able to build strong working relationships with key teams across CRM and Player Engagement, Acquisition and Digital, Creative Studio, Data, Product and MarTech
Qualifications
Braze experience
At least 2 years’ multi-channel CRM campaign delivery
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience in managing CRM campaigns with a focus on multi-channel marketing
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Positive attitude and strong resilience to handle problems and barriers to meet objectives
Personable, friendly and communicative
Flexible, adaptable, able to think creatively and decisively as plans evolve and events unfold
