Healthcare / Publishing / Digital MediaWe’re working with a leading medical publishing brand known for its trusted, peer-reviewed content and commitment to raising the standard of healthcare across Europe and the US. With two growing brands and a highly collaborative marketing team, they are now looking for a CRM Database Manager to take full ownership of their CRM strategy and operations.The RoleThis is a newly created position reporting into the Head of Marketing. You’ll be the team’s go-to HubSpot expert, taking ownership of their CRM system and processes across data management, segmentation, reporting, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for improving the quality, performance, and structure of their CRM platform — driving marketing performance and ensuring GDPR best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain a clean, compliant, and effective databaseLead segmentation and workflow optimisation within HubSpotProvide performance insights to teams across Marketing, Content, Finance, Client Services, and OperationsIdentify pain points within the platform or processes and propose solutionsSupport both B2C and B2B teams with campaign delivery and lead managementDevelop strategies to grow and nurture the databaseOwn reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholdersWhat They''re Looking ForProven experience in CRM, database marketing or a similar roleStrong working knowledge of HubSpot (segmentation, workflows, reporting)Strong communication and analytical skillsA values-driven approach — collaboration, ownership, and initiative are keyConfidence working with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadershipExperience working with both B2B and B2C data is a bonusComfortable in a standalone CRM role with lots of autonomyWhy Apply?Be the first dedicated CRM hire and make a real impactJoin a values-led organisation with a strong purposeExcellent company perks: medical cashback, private healthcare, bike-to-work scheme, team socials, and moreA collaborative, close-knit marketing team with room to growRegular access to training, wellness incentives, and industry eventsNote:
