Developing its own hardware alongside a subscription based software platform, the business operates internationally and has built a reputation for delivering genuinely innovative solutions to customers across multiple global markets.With more than 80 employees and having doubled in size over the last three years, they''re continuing to invest in both their products and customer experience. As part of that growth, they''re now looking to introduce a brand new Customer Marketing Manager position, offering the opportunity to shape customer engagement from the ground up whilst reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer.The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you''ll take ownership of customer marketing across the full customer lifecycle, helping customers get the very best from the company''s products whilst driving engagement, retention and long term customer value.Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and the wider Marketing team, you''ll create customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and personalised communications that support onboarding, product adoption, customer engagement and renewals.This is a varied role where you''ll combine strategic planning with hands on delivery.
