The Role This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service and sales administration responsibilities:Customer Service and Enquiries Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficientlyRespond to website, email, and live chat enquiriesResolve delivery queries, complaints, and service issuesKeep customers informed of order progress and delivery updates Order Processing and Logistics Process online and trade orders using internal systemsProduce order confirmations, invoices, and relevant documentationCoordinate dispatch via DPD and other courier partnersEnsure all orders meet daily dispatch deadlinesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issues Sales Administration Support Manage a shared inbox and prioritise incoming enquiriesAccurately log and track orders within internal systemsLiaise with sales, production, and factory ..... full job details .....
