This is not a typical credit control position as you will succeed through building long term relationships and handling complex cases with care and empathy. You will deal with a wide variety of clients varying from local authorities, healthcare providers and individuals.What will you be doing? Managing a portfolio of care homes, ensuring all payments are received and allocated correctlyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, NHS and familiesHandling complex funding cases, which involved multiple payment streamsWorking closely with billing and accounts teams to resolve discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve payment delays in a compassionate and professional mannerLiaising with care home managers to understand occupancy changes and funding arrangementsWhat are we looking for?Experience in Credit control or Accounts receivable preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial discussionsStrong problem-solving abilities and a ..... full job details .....
