They are looking for an experienced Credit professional to join the team, managing the ledger cradle to grave, from opening accounts through to proactive Credit Management, cash allocation and escalation. The company have a strong cash position, with strong debtor days, but are looking for someone to come in with a process/system improvement mindset to improve the Invoice to cash process. What you''ll do Proactively manage a busy ledger, keeping records up to date, contacting customers by phone and email to make sure payments are received inline with agreed payment termsResolve customer queries in a timely manner, partnering with operations and sales, as well as the wider finance teamDaily bank reconciliations and cash allocationSending out invoices and credit notesReviewing customer''s Credit limits regularly and escalating any concerns to the Financial ControllerProviding the Senior Management team with weekly reports, debtor days, cash forecast, any accounts of concern and commentary on any aged debt.
