Drive CashflowFresh People are working with a well-established and growing professional services firm based in Canterbury, who are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, supportive environment where you will play a key role in maintaining cash flow, managing client relationships and supporting the wider finance function.The RoleWorking within the treasury team, you will support Partners and the wider business with a range of credit control and accounts administration responsibilities.Key duties include:Preparing monthly sales ledger statementsManaging and chasing overdue debt, resolving queries and ensuring timely paymentLiaising with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issuesProcessing payments including card transactions and cheque bankingPosting transactions using accounting systems such as Xero and QuickBooksMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting general accounts administrationSupporting with ad hoc finance tasks as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual who can manage workload effectively and communicate confidently at all levels.You will have:Previous experience in a Credit Control or similar finance role (minimum 12 months preferred)AAT Level 2 (or working towards) desirableStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to ..... full job details .....
