Credit Controller

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a prestigious school in Central Canterbury. The successful candidate will be a strong, relationship-focused Credit Controller with solid experience managing stakeholder relationships professionally and collaboratively. Personality and team fit are very important, as they are looking for someone who can build positive working relationships across the business and with customers.Key requirements include:Proven Credit Control experience rather than a broader Finance Manager background.Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.Experience extracting, manipulating and uploading/downloading data between systems.Comfortable using finance systems, fee billing systems and reporting tools.Experience managing customer accounts, chasing debt and maintaining positive customer relationships.A professional, approachable communication style with strong stakeholder management skills.Ideally someone who is adaptable and able to support wider responsibilities when required.Additional information:Initial contract expected to be 3-6 months, with potential for a permanent opportunity.The role is based within a school environment, so candidates with experience in education settings may be advantageous, although this is not essential.Paying £15-17phFarrer Barnes Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation. ..... full job details .....
