Key ResponsibilitiesManage the collection of outstanding customer payments across the businesses accounts.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring overdue accounts are followed up professionally.Post and allocate customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms, carrying out credit checks for new accounts where required.Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records.Prepare and issue customer statements, reminder letters and copy invoices.Work closely with internal departments to resolve account queries and release customer orders.Reconcile bank accounts, including foreign currency transactions.Support month-end processes, reporting and account ..... full job details .....
