Credit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established, successful international business based near Alton. Working closely with the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function while building strong customer relationships, and working as part of a collaborative finance team. This is a varied position that requires diligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Reference no: 16124 Credit Controller About The Role As a Credit Controller, you will play an integral part in managing and maintaining the company s credit control processes, ensuring timely collections and minimising the risk of bad debts. Key responsibilities include: Managing the credit control process through telephone calls and emails Chasing outstanding debt while maintaining excellent customer relationships Negotiating payment plans and resolving payment queries promptly and professionally Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and payment arrangements Producing aged debtor reports and providing regular updates on outstanding accounts Opening new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks and credit limit reviews Raising credit notes and processing returns Posting daily customer receipts and processing credit card payments Completing ..... full job details .....
