• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment schedules.
• Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
• Handle queries related to invoices, payments, and account discrepancies professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow for management review.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:
