This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, reporting into a supportive manager within a small, close-knit team structure.Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid Working, minimum 2 days in the office)Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end credit control duties, managing B2B collections via phone and emailBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers to support effective cash collectionProactively managing and reducing aged debtResolving customer queries and liaising with internal stakeholders where requiredCash allocation and account reconciliationsSupporting weekly/monthly debtor reportingAssisting with billing processes, including cancellations and adjustmentsCarrying out credit checks to assess and minimise riskEscalating aged debt to externally where appropriatePerson SpecificationPrevious experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (minimum 3 years)Experience working in a B2B environmentStrong communication skills with a relationship driven approachStrong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approachPositive, adaptable team playerBenefits£30,000 - £33,000 salary28 days holiday + bank holidays (including 25 days annual leave, plus birthday, Christmas shopping day and a ''ME'' day)Private healthcarePaid breakfast and lunch socials twice a ..... full job details .....
