Duties:

• Managing and clearing existing backlogs.
• Processing and raising invoices.
• Data entry and administration.
• Chasing outstanding debt and resolving invoice queries.
• Managing timesheets and time processing activities.
• Supporting day-to-day operational activities.
• Working closely with the Manager and the wider team on monthly reporting.
• Ensuring emails and queries are actioned within agreed timeframes.

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong administrative and finance background.
• Previous experience with invoicing and finance-related processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing high volumes of work accurately.
• Ability to organise and improve processes.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
