Credit Control - Temp roles

We are looking for a confident and proactive Credit Controller to join a busy credit team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely collections, reducing aged debt, and maintaining strong client relationships.The successful candidate will be target-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing high volumes of customer contact.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively chase outstanding debts via telephone, email, and written communicationManage your own ledger and take ownership of debt recoveryMonitor aged debt and escalate overdue accounts where necessaryNegotiate payment plans and resolve payment queriesMaintain accurate records of all collection activityWork towards collection targets and KPIsLiaise with internal departments to resolve disputes quicklyPrepare debtor reports and provide updates to managementSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a Credit Control roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle difficult conversations with professionalismTarget-driven with a results-focused approachExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using finance systems and ExcelDesirableExperience working in a high-volume environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise ..... full job details .....
