Role: Credit Controller Milton Keynes - Hybrid Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 An established and growing business based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong end-to-end credit control experience who is confident managing complex and high-value accounts within a fast-paced environment. The business is looking for a proactive individual who can build strong relationships internally and externally whilst maintaining effective control of the sales ledger and aged debt.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of complex and high value customer accountsChasing outstanding debt via phone and email in a professional mannerInvestigating and resolving complex billing queries and disputesBuilding strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersProducing and reviewing aged debtor reportsAllocating cash and reconciling customer accountsSupporting month-end processes and reportingIdentifying process improvements to enhance cash collection and reduce aged debtEscalating problematic accounts where requiredKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience within a similar Credit Controller positionProven experience managing complex customer accounts and resolving queriesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise workload effectivelyExperience working within a fast paced commercial environmentStrong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
