This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising cash flow, reducing debt risk, improving processes, and supporting strategic business objectives.The RoleAs Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Credit Control function, ensuring effective debt collection processes and strong stakeholder engagement across the business.Key responsibilities include:Leading, managing and developing a high-performing Credit Control teamDriving cash collection performance and achieving debtor day targetsManaging aged debt and ensuring robust follow-up procedures are in placeOverseeing month-end reporting processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policiesSupporting the resolution of billing disputes and complex debt recovery cases, including legal escalations where requiredReviewing and improving credit control processes, procedures and policiesSupporting business projects and process improvement initiativesBuilding strong working relationships with operational teams and senior stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues efficientlyActing as a key contact for auditors and ..... full job details .....
