Credit Controller Milton Keynes Full Time Temporary £14.75 - £15.55 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmReed are working with a leading organisation in Milton Keynes who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and confident Credit Controller to take ownership of outstanding accounts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the effective management of debt recovery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively recover outstanding debt from dealer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.Investigate and resolve account queries efficiently and professionally.Escalate non-payment issues in line with company procedures.Process credit notes and reissue invoices where required.Attend regular meetings with management to review outstanding debt and collection activity.Handle incoming calls relating to overdue accounts and payment queries.Manage email correspondence through shared inboxes.Liaise with internal departments to ensure account information is accurate and up to date.Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and filed.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a Credit Control position (essential).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building ..... full job details .....
