We are working with a global engineering & technology business who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team in Telford.

Ideal for someone with some credit control experience who wants to develop further - you''ll be working alongside a supportive Senior Credit Controller who will help you grow in the role.

Description

• Manage collection of outstanding debt across a portfolio of customers
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments
• Support with cash allocation and reconciliations
• Produce debtor reports using Excel and ERP systems
• Work with internal teams to resolve invoice queries
• Support ERP system migration (SAP S/4Hana) and continuous improvements

Profile

• Previous experience in credit control or finance support role
• ERP system experience (SAP desirable)
• Confident Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines
• Stable career background preferred
• Positive, team-focused, and eager to learn

Job Offer

• Salary -25,000 - -30,000 depending on experience
• Full-time, onsite role in Telford with flexible core hours (9-4)
