Credit Control Administrator

Here at Fyrnwy Equine, we are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The key responsibilities will include:Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsPrepare sales reportsCommunicate to clients clearly and address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that arisePrepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededInsurance processingFleet managementDebt managementThis is a full-time or part-time permanent role working around 32 hours per week Monday to Friday. The shifts are between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.Skills and Experience

Proven work experience in a similar roleExperience with Excel and practice management systemsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a wider teamSelf-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic and positive attitudeIn addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from:
