Credit Control Administrator Derbyshire Hybrid Role Eaton Syalon are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with credit control, credit risk, or customer onboarding experience to join a supportive team environment. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, assessing credit risk, maintaining accurate customer data, and protecting the business from fraudulent applications.Working as part of a close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the business while developing your skills within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Onboard new customers and manage customer account setup processesAssess new account applications and make informed credit decisionsIdentify and mitigate potential credit risks and fraudulent applicationManage and respond to enquiries within the departmental inboxRecord and maintain detailed communication recordsLiaise with internal commercial teams to support business objectivesResolve customer queries via telephone and email in a professional mannerEnsure all company policies, procedures, and key controls are adhered toDeliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersSupport the wider finance function and undertake additional duties as requiredPerson Profile:Have previous experience within credit control, credit risk or a similar finance ..... full job details .....
