Area Manager - Domiciliary CareLocation: Home-based with travel across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and OxfordshireSalary: 60,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus of up to 15,000We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing domiciliary care provider for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10+ domiciliary care branches across Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.This is a home-based role when not travelling between services, requiring regular travel across the region to provide operational leadership, support branch performance and ensure the delivery of outstanding care. This is a fast-paced, high-profile position suited to an ambitious leader who thrives under pressure and enjoys balancing commercial performance with exceptional quality outcomes.The RoleAs Area Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across your portfolio, working closely with Registered Managers to drive growth, improve performance and ensure every service consistently delivers safe, person-centred care.
