This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Area Manager or a graduate who has completed a structured leadership programme and is ready for their first or second multi-site role.

You''ll lead a portfolio of sites, coaching and developing managers, driving commercial performance, using data to improve results, and creating high-performing teams in a fast-paced customer environment.

• Multi-site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a proven leadership development background
• A passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
