CPMS Technical Support Knaresborough About the Role Volantes Technical Recruitment are looking for a proactive and technically minded CPMS Technical Support professional to take ownership of an EV Charging Point Management System (CPMS) and wider EV charging infrastructure network. The role focuses on charger uptime, system reliability and remote fault resolution, acting as the technical link between clients, OEM partners, the CPMS platform and field engineering teams. The Ideal Candidate Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership. Able to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions. Strong attention to detail with a logical, structured approach. Confident communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Essential: Experience in a technical support or technical operations role. Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues remotely. Experience in service-critical environments where uptime and reliability are key. Experience working with field engineering teams and external technical partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Valid UK Driving Licence. Flexible approach with the ability to see issues through to resolution. Desirable: Experience working with OEMs or hardware manufacturers.
