Technical Support Agent - CCTV & Security Systems - Temp-to-Perm

We''re recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a growing security technology business based in Bradford (BD7).

This office-based role will involve providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting CCTV and alarm systems, and handling inbound and outbound support calls.

What we''re looking for:

• Experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred)
• Knowledge of alarm and security systems
• Previous technical support, helpdesk or service desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

What''s on offer:

• -14.00 - -17.00 per hour
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Office-based role in Bradford (BD7)
• Supportive team environment
