Smile Education are currently recruiting for a confident and adaptable Secondary Cover Teacher to work across secondary schools in Telford and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for flexible work, whether you''re interested in daily cover, short-term placements or longer-term opportunities. You''ll deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, helping students stay engaged and continue their learning.You''ll work in supportive secondary schools where positive relationships, high expectations and effective behaviour management are key to creating a productive learning environment.The RoleAs a Secondary Cover Teacher, you''ll cover lessons during teacher absences, follow the work provided and ensure students remain focused and on task.
