Supply Desk are seeking reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support our secondary schools in Swale with their daily and long-term cover needs. Our schools require confident professionals who can step into the classroom, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure that students stay on track with their lessons.

About the Role:

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
• Maintain excellent classroom management, supporting students with a range of abilities and needs.
• Work with diverse student groups, including those with SEND requirements, to create an inclusive and structured learning environment.
• Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure the smooth running of the classroom in the teacherandrsquo;s absence.
• Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities.
• Knowledge of SEND and a willingness to support students with additional needs.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for education.
• A positive and proactive attitude, ready to support schools with daily cover needs.
