Due to our strong relationships with these schools, we are now recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and General Cover Teachers to cover lessons across a range of key stages for the upcoming academic year.

If you have a proven track record in covering lessons, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons to students across all key stages, following pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task.
• Engage students in the learning process and support them to complete work as required.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students are respectful and following school rules.
• Ensure student safety in and outside the classroom, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Report and document any incidents, issues, or concerns to the relevant staff in line with school policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or General Cover Teacher across key stages is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a calm, productive environment.
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups, delivering lessons effectively.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
• Ability to provide a minimum of two references covering the last two years of employment.
