Cover SupervisorNorth Manchester£500 - £600 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)Start date: June 2026The School and the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in North Manchester on a full-time cover starting September 2026.As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. You ll support students with their work, manage behaviour effectively, complete registers, and provide clear handover information to teaching staff.You ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative school, with access to good facilities, specialist resources, and free onsite parking.Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)To be considered for this Cover Supervisor role, you must: Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schoolsBe confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environmentHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe committed to supporting young people s learning and developmentBe able to provide suitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK What we offer As a cover supervisor and part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to ..... full job details .....
