As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes when their regular teacher is unavailable, ensuring students remain focused, engaged and well behaved.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Delivering pre-prepared work and ensuring students remain on task.
• Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
• Managing behaviour in line with the school''s policies.
• Supporting students with their learning where appropriate.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff and school leaders.
• Building positive relationships with students and staff.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Confident and comfortable working with secondary-age students.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised and adaptable.
• Able to manage classroom behaviour calmly and consistently.
• Passionate about supporting young people''s education.
• Ideally experienced in a school, youth, tutoring or education environment - although graduates and candidates with relevant transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
