Cover Supervisor

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of secondary schools across Worksop that are looking for confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors. These schools offer supportive working environments where staff are encouraged to maintain high expectations and provide positive learning experiences for students.

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor for flexible day-to-day work, with long-term opportunities available for the right Cover Supervisor. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and on task. This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for someone who can confidently adapt to different classrooms and build positive relationships with students and staff.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people within an education or similar setting
• Experience within a secondary school environment is desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence supervising pre-planned lessons across different subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
