Cover Supervisor

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or someone with a strong background working with young people? We''re currently looking for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools across Birmingham.

We have a range of opportunities available, from day-to-day cover to long-term placements, giving you the flexibility to find work that suits you.

As a Cover Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on the work provided.

You''ll need to be confident managing a classroom, building positive relationships with students and maintaining a calm and professional approach.

• Have experience working with children or young people

• Are confident managing a classroom

• Can build positive relationships with students

• Are reliable, adaptable and professional

• Have a good understanding of safeguarding
