The Role
We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Walsall from October 2026 on a long-term supply basis.
The successful candidate will supervise classes across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with the work provided by their usual teachers.
You will be responsible for maintaining a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively and ensuring that lessons run smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with secondary-age students
Be confident supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be able to follow lesson plans and instructions effectively
Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with students
