We are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join supportive secondary schools across Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in education or looking for flexible work within a school environment.
The Role:
- Supervising classes during teacher absence
- Delivering preset work and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students with their learning where appropriate
- Maintaining a safe, positive and productive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Confident and professional with strong communication skills
- Able to manage a classroom and engage students effectively
- Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
- Positive, adaptable and willing to learn
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
