TeacherActive is proud to collaborate with a highly respected secondary school in Caerphilly, currently recruiting a Sports Cover Supervisor. We are seeking a motivated Sports Cover Supervisor for both short-term and longer-term placements, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, support effective behaviour management, and utilise their sporting experience to foster positive relationships with students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Key attributes of the successful Sports Cover Supervisor include:

• Experience working with children or young people in educational, coaching, or sporting settings
• A genuine passion for sport and promoting positive engagement with learning
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials
• A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach
